You expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or dispute under the terms of service and or your use of the Lincoln & Partners service resides in the courts located in Dubai, UAE and you expressly agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts to litigate any claim or action.

The preceding provision may not apply to you depending on the laws of your jurisdiction. No waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. The section headings used herein are for convenience only and shall not be given any legal import.

C. You must provide us with, and keep current contact information. E-mail, telephone contacts are used, in that order of preference.

D. A waiver by Lincoln & Partners of any breach of any provision of this Agreement by the user shall not operate as or be construed as a continuing or subsequent waiver thereof or as a waiver of any violation of any other provision thereof.

E. User shall not transfer or assign this agreement without the prior written consent of Lincoln & Partners. Lincoln & Partners reserves the right to cancel users rights under this contract at any time without further obligation.

F. Lincoln & Partners takes no responsibility for input by others and not posted to Lincoln & Partners and not responsible for content of links provided. Lincoln & Partners disclaims any responsibility for inappropriate use or liability to any person or party for violation of this policy.

G. Lincoln & Partners is not responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer and does not make implied or written warranties for a specific purpose – this includes loss of data resulting from delays, non-deliveries, and service interruptions.
